The Parrot and Bird Emporium is pleased to announce Long and Short term avian boarding! Here are just some of the benefits of boarding with The Parrot and Bird Emporium

All boarding birds must have their current health certificate for the safety of all of our Avian friends. All birds must arrive in a carrier. You must prove a wellness visit within the last 12 months from a vet. Pstiticosis testing is also required. All drop offs and pick ups are by appointment.
Additional Boarding Information
We provide cages or you can bring your own. We ask that you bring anything you feel your bird's stay more comfortable. You may want to provide a list of words, phrases, or songs your bird can say so we may use them and make him or her feel at home. We provide all food for a well-rounded diet, but you are free to bring anything additional that you like.
Clicker Training
When a customer purchases a bird from the store, the new bird owner is invited back for 1-on-1 sessions of clicker training.Clicker training is an effective way to teach your parrot how to behave in an acceptable way and is a form of communication that can truly bridge the gap between owner and parrot. It uses positive reinforcement and the results are quick and impressive. Parrots without behavioral problems will love it and owners of problem parrots will be delighted at the ease with which they can effect change in their feathered friends.
